Founded in August 2022, Aju Spices Masalas Pvt. Ltd. is the brainchild of Shaik Nagoor Saheb, a seasoned professional who sought to transform his passion for entrepreneurship into a thriving business. Shaik Nagoor Saheb hails from Kovilampadu, a small village in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. With an MCA degree from the University of Madras and a background in sales management within the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, Shaik Nagoor Saheb decided to pursue a new direction, driven by a vision of creating employment opportunities in his hometown.
Frustrated with the limitations of his corporate career, Shaik Nagoor Saheb envisioned a future where he could contribute to his community without the need for people to migrate to larger cities in search of work. This idea sparked the creation of Aju Spices Masalas Pvt. Ltd., A company dedicated to producing a wide range of high-quality masalas and spices.

Supported by his wife, Mrs. Shaik Jamila Begum, who played an integral role in encouraging and nurturing the idea, the company was established with an initial capital of ₹1,50,000. Together, as the Directors of the company, Mr. Shaik Nagoor and Mrs. Shaik Jamila Begum have worked tirelessly to grow Aju Spices and Masalas Pvt. Ltd. into a trusted name in the spice and masala industry.
